Investor Services - Primarily but not exclusively all services focused towards investors that include: Securities Services (domestic, regional and global custody), Fund Services, Securities Lending, Collateral Management FX, Cash & liquidity Management,
Issuer Services – Primarily all services focused towards those who issue securities – which include, Issuer Registration, Trustee, Securities numbering, Listing, paying agent, AGM and beneficial owner record keeping
Capital Markets Infrastructure - Including Stock Exchanges and all instruments traded on or off Exchange, Central Counterparties (CCP), Clearing Houses and Central Securities Depositories (CSD)
Fund Services – Public and Private funds, fund vehicles and structures, supporting the launch of Funds, fund registration, bookkeeping, Trusteeship, record of ownership (transfer agent) distributions, accounting and NAV publication.
Recruitment - To assist with clients' talent identification and acquisition, leadership training and mentoring needs.
Technology IT advisory support, implementation, change and enhancement.
Analytics, investment accounting and performance measurement
Benchmarking - Ability to show comparisons in specific rates of exchange, prices, or fees used in the industry and benchmarked against recognized baskets or industry indexes.
Strategy development – Formulation of executable ideas and action plans to support clients and markets in explaining and achieving their strategic goals. Where appropriate project managing such change within the organization / market.
Risk and Compliance Remediation projects resulting from Regulatory or internal audit, supporting risk management assessments or improvements especially but not exclusively in connection with operational risk.

The Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® is a globally recognized credential that opens the door to opportunities at every stage of your career in the field of project management. The CAPM® certification is an essential first step in building a career as a project manager. It can also aid you in pursuing many of our major certifications including the gold standard PM certification, the Project Management Professional (PMP).
PMI’s CAPM® exam content outline has undergone a radical change and integrates content across project management including business analysis & agile principles. It now comprises 4 domains viz. Why Train with an Authorized Partner?
To earn the PMI Authorized Training Partner designation, a provider must meet rigorous standards for quality and effectiveness.
The trainers are PMI approved and vetted instructors.
This is especially important when preparing for the CAPM® exam. All PMI Authorized Training Partner instructors who teach CAPM® exam prep course content are required to complete the PMI Authorized Training Partner Train the Trainer – CAPM® Exam Prep® program and use PMI-developed training course content.

Training program course content
The 23-hour contact course is mandatory for candidates wanting to appear for the CAPM® certification Exam and is designed towards exam preparation. The course is based on PMI’ s new exam content outline. The course will cover Project Management based on three domains i.e. People, Process and Business Environment. The course will also cover principles of Professional Responsibility.
Participants are expected to attend all sessions of the training program in order to get the 23 PDU certificate.

Registration cancellation or rescheduling policy:
Registration can be cancelled or rescheduled for a cancellation fee by sending an email to admin@pmimumbaichapter.org or info@pmimumbaichapter.org along with details of the payment. Telephonic or oral requests will not be entertained.
Cancellation/rescheduling fees:

For cancellations or reschedule before 7 days from the start of the program – 25% of the registration fee

For all cancellations or reschedule up to 7 days before or after the start of the program – 50% of the registration fee

Cancellation or reschedule requests received after 7 days from the start date of the program will not be entertained.
